Account and Data Deletion

At Michi Health, we believe you should have complete control over your data. If you wish to delete your account and all associated health and rehabilitation data, you can do so using either of the methods below.

Method 1: In-App Deletion (Fastest)

You can instantly delete your account and all associated data directly within the Michi Health application:

  1. Open the Michi Health app and log in to your account.
  2. Navigate to your Profile or Settings page.
  3. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account.
  4. Confirm your choice. Your account and all associated data will be immediately and permanently deleted from our Firebase database.

Method 2: Web Request

If you no longer have access to the app, you can request manual data deletion by contacting our support team.

Please send an email to support@michihealth.co.uk with the subject line "Account Deletion Request".

Important: You must send this email from the exact email address associated with your Michi Health account so we can verify your identity. Once verified, your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.
